Our Coach, Gary White, has been an incredible asset to our team.  He challenges our critical thinking skills. He helps us identify our areas of strengths, while keeping us focused on managing the areas that we need to cultivate further. His ability to ask just the right questions has been instrumental in helping us grow to discover the right path, not simply telling us what to do. His excellent mentorship has given us a foundation to move forward.  Gary conducted an assessment on each team member.  These assessments have shown us how crucial it is to build rapport within our team by connecting to each other on a basic level. He has certainly deeply influenced our team in a positive direction.  Gary’s leadership workshops have drastically improved our coaching skills.  Because of his influence, we are all committed to growing both personally and professionally.  Gary is continuing to show us how we must embrace the tension to maintain our focus on where we can be.  He is our Ruler of the Rubber Band!
